June was first drawn to Yoga wanting to improve her health, and the practice has soon become a bigger part of her life. She joined the wellness industry in 2012 and has taught in Hong Kong, Singapore and since 2014 in Australia. She acknowledges that beyond the physical body there are deeper and more subtle forms, to live life fully through the breath and the mind. Recalling the hustle and bustle of her "past life" as a journalist, in 2017 she created Lifestyle Fix to bring health and wellbeing to the office space. The business started in Sydney and now runs in all states of Australia. June believes that change begins in the place you spend most of your time, which is at work. She leads in person classes in Brisbane and has hand-picked her team to represent Lifestyle Fix brand in other states.

Garry is dedicated to provide fulfilment and wellness services to assist people towards greater clarity, coordination, mobility and overall wellbeing. This commences his journey in learning the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda under the tutelage of the internationally renowned Ayurvedic Doctor, Dr Adjit from India. Garry's focus has mainly centred on the healing qualities of Massage and has also trained directly under the internationally renowned massage leader Brandon Rayner.

As everything around us appears to be speeding up, Katie believes our bodies and minds are desperately seeking ways in which to slow down. Her hope is therefore to share a realistic approach to a balanced life, through yoga, meditation and mindfulness experiences.

Born in the Dominican Republic, Roico spent many years in New York and Madrid before landing in Australia to continue teaching yoga. She received more than 1400 hours of training in Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda. Her true passion lies in Meditation. For Roico, a complete experience includes asana, pranayama and meditation.

With over 15 years of teaching experience, Rosalyn infuses yoga, mindfulness and meditation into her classes to facilitate an inclusive and safe place for practice. Her classes offer gentle guidance with a focus on anatomy and mindful movement.
